Target 200!

It’s time for a new challenge.  And what better way to challenge ones body than the task of completing 200 km’s of running in 10 days?

Starting today, Thursday November 7 and concluding on Saturday November 16 I shall complete a mammoth running schedule, my biggest running challenge in a while.
